Wear them, wash them, live in them. If you're not happier on your feet within 60 days of delivery, contact us for a full refund of the product price — even if they've been worn.
Changed your mind?
Under UK consumer law you may also cancel within 14 days of delivery. For change-of-mind returns, socks should be unworn, unwashed and in their original packaging.
Faulty or wrong item
If anything arrives damaged or incorrect, send us a photo and we'll put it right with a replacement or refund — no need to return it first.
How to start a return
- Email us at contact@lievaco.eu with your order number and a quick note on why.
- We'll reply within 24 hours with a return address and simple instructions.
- Post the socks back — we recommend a tracked service so it can't go astray.
- We refund to your original payment method within 5–10 business days of receiving them.
Good to know: return postage for change-of-mind returns is covered by you; we cover it for faulty or incorrect items. Your statutory rights are not affected. Refunds are for the product price paid.
