Wear them, wash them, live in them. If you're not happier on your feet within 60 days of delivery, contact us for a full refund of the product price — even if they've been worn.
Changed your mind?
Prefer a standard return? Send your socks back unworn, unwashed and in their original packaging within 30 days of delivery for a refund of the product price.
Faulty or wrong item
If anything arrives damaged or incorrect, send us a photo and we'll put it right with a replacement or refund — no need to return it first.
How to start a return
- Email us at contact@lievaco.com with your order number and a quick note on why.
- We'll reply within 24 hours with a return address and simple instructions.
- Ship the socks back — we recommend a tracked service so it can't go astray.
- We refund to your original payment method within 5–10 business days of receiving them.
Good to know: return shipping for change-of-mind returns is covered by you; we cover it for faulty or incorrect items. Our returns policy is in addition to your rights under the Australian Consumer Law, including remedies for goods that aren't of acceptable quality. Refunds are for the product price paid.
